Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Aiot GTM Manager to join our team at Xiaomi Technology. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global marketing plans to launch new products and services
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform marketing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, market, and retailer teams, to ensure successful product launches
• Manage business sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and KA retailers to drive sales growth

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in consumer electronics sales or GTM
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in English and Chinese, with French as a plus
