Financial Manager for Electronic Components

Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH is a leading global distributor of electronic components, with a staff of over 1,900 at more than 82 sites worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Finance & HR Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Organize credit management and accounts payable for our local division
- Prepare a monthly financial report for our parent company in Germany and contribute to the annual financial statements for our local entities
- Be the primary point of contact for local service providers, including auditors, tax specialists, and HR experts
- Work closely with our central corporate tax organization to ensure compliance with national tax requirements and tax reporting
- Manage human resources, payroll, and time management for local staff in coordination with our central HR department
- A relevant degree in financial accounting, taxation, or human resources (e.g., Bachelor of Economics, Tax Specialist, Financial Accountant)
- At least two years of experience in a similar role within an internationally operating corporate group or tax consultancy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and achieve high-quality results
- Proficiency in AS400/SAP migration and office software, with SAP knowledge an advantage
- Excellent command of the English language, with German language skills an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
