Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Coty. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for increasing and improving production facilities of our plant, by deploying the master plan of the site, from a portfolio of existing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning and coordination on projects related to new product introductions, investments to deliver flows and packing master plans, and to achieve safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
- Risk management and budget oversight (CAPEX) by planning spendings and building forecasts of project spending with the finance team.
- Communication on projects within the company from operators to stakeholders and outside the company with vendors and partners.
- Timeline management.
- Deploying engineering standards and being a trusted contributor in continuous improvement, project management, coaching, and developing operational teams, and making projects visible.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in project management, engineering, and operations. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will work closely with various departments, including plant operations, plant support functions, plant development functions, corporate business functions, and corporate technical functions.
Requirements
- An Engineer degree or 5+ years of industrial and operation experience.
- Excellent level in English.
- Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Project management background, with proven project and change management experience, and excellent organizational skills, rigor, and attention to details.
- Flexibility, leadership, and adaptability.
