Join Veolia Group as a Commercial Development Manager

Veolia Group, a leading player in the waste management and recycling industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Veolia Région Sud-Ouest team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, including presentation and negotiation of offers, regular client visits, and maintenance of client files.
  • Ensure the successful launch of new contracts, working closely with all stakeholders.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with contract clauses and client satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, including proposing progress plans that promote prevention and valorization.
  • Apply Veolia Group's commercial policy and track activity using company tools (CRM, account plans, contact plans, commercial action plans).
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of activity, including submission of activity reports, specific reporting, control of invoicing elements, and purchase orders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial methods and tools, as well as sales and marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other commercial tools.
  • Strong understanding of the recycling and waste management industry and its developments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
