Join our team as a Global Commercial Innovation Assistant Intern and contribute to the success of Darphin Paris, a leading skincare brand. This exciting internship opportunity will give you hands-on experience in commercial innovation and marketing, working on 2 global skincare brands: Darphin & Lab Series.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support key global marketing initiatives with a major focus on Commercial innovation & Promotional brand strategy for 2 brands.
- Manage all project timelines and deliverables, from concept to final delivery, embracing both big picture objectives and follow through on details.
- Develop strong working relationships with global partners (regions and affiliates) and internal groups (GBSC, GSR, Packaging, Digital, Merchandising, Education, Finance, Creative).
Requirements:
- Soon to graduate from a business school, with at least 1 year of corporate work experience, preferably within the luxury, fashion or beauty industry.
- Previous experience in Product Marketing is a plus.
- International Experience is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is a mandatory.
- Analytical, resourceful, autonomous, and proactive attitude.
- Conscientiousness and precision in projects follow-up.
- Mastery of basic tools Word, Excel, PPT.
- Ability to handle a multitude of projects in fast-paced environment, flexibility.
- Team player able to build strong relationship with cross functional and affiliate teams.
- Interest for overall marketing topics in luxury/beauty industry is critical.
