Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Bourg-en-Bresse. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Managing client contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Analyzing client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven sales and business development experience.
- Knowledge of the textile rental and hygiene equipment services market.
