Position: Field Technician
Work Location: Nationwide
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance tasks at client locations according to service schedules
- Manage all technical elements of machinery, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, thermal, and bodywork systems
- Identify malfunctions and procure necessary replacement parts
- Advise clients on the various maintenance services provided by Jungheinrich
- Prepare and clarify repair estimates for customers
- Oversee administrative duties related to service operations
- Optimize inventory of spare parts and perform annual stock assessments
- Relay customer insights to appropriate departments
- Ensure tools and workspaces are maintained to high standards
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess at least a Professional Baccalaureate in electromechanics, electrical engineering, or automation, along with a minimum of three years of experience in field service for industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
A valid driver's license (Type B) is required.
