We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior Business Manager to join our team at Prime Group. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement business growth strategies, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Commercial Development: Analyze market trends, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to increase revenue and profitability.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Administration and Management: Oversee the administrative aspects of the team, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Recently graduated in Engineering or Business School
- Fluent in French (C2) and English
- Dynamic, agile, and organizational skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership in a fast-paced environment
