Job Title: Data Security SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Security Specialist to join our IT Security Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving data security topics within Edenred.
Key Responsibilities:- Define key security practices and tools for the Group, and provide associated services and support across different Business Units.
- Lead the definition of policies, solutions, and practices to implement regarding data security, including data leak prevention, data marking, and protection of unstructured data on collaborative tools.
- Support CISOs, local IT teams, and Data Protection Correspondents in Business Units across the world on Data Security Topics & AI.
- Understand business security needs on data and contribute to data classification topics, led by the Risk & Compliance Team.
- Write policies, procedures, and guidelines related to Data Security & AI Security.
- Contribute to the definition and follow-up of Key Performance Indicators / Key Risk Indicators.
- Involving and training key members of the team on Data Security topics.
- Master's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in a similar function, cybersecurity, or data-related field.
- Strong understanding of data security topics and generative AI.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work in an international context.
