Amrae is seeking a highly experienced Risk Manager to join our team. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks that could impact our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess risks associated with our business operations, including financial, operational, and strategic risks.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address risk-related issues.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, audit, or assurance, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, including Sapin 2, Devoir de vigilance, and CSRD.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate complex risks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
