About the Role:
Fondation ARHM is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at our healthcare facility in Vénissieux. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in psychiatric crisis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct clinical and institutional reflection work to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community partners and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and service projects.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and requirements in a hospital setting.
- Facilitate individual and team interviews to promote open communication and collaboration.
- Assess new requests and provide timely responses to patients and their families.
- Co-facilitate therapeutic groups and meals to promote socialization and well-being.
- Participate in monthly supervision sessions to ensure ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with patients' families and environments to provide holistic care.
- Partner with hospital structures and healthcare and social professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Must hold a nursing degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatry.
- Ability to manage acute situations and provide crisis intervention.
- Experience in group facilitation and leadership.
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
- Valid driver's license.
Working Conditions:
- Permanent position with a 80% workload, including work on Wednesdays.
