As a Senior Investment Analyst/Project Manager at Jobacademy, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the process of evaluating, structuring, and negotiating transactions in response to tenders or standalone opportunities from potential clients or existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, develop, and deliver business opportunities through structured deals that fit Jobacademy's strategic objectives, financial criteria, and risk allocation.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop compelling and competitive offers that meet clients' or partners' requirements as well as Jobacademy's investment and margin policies.
- Work closely with the Partnership & Account Developer and the Structure Finance manager to develop a strategic and competitive approach for each offer.
- Ensure the technical solution is appropriate, and the deal is compliant with Jobacademy's investment and margin policies, addresses client needs, and showcases the company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Lead contracts drafting and collaborate with the Legal team to facilitate contract reviews, approvals, and finalization.
- Ensure economic viability and success of each project and prepare the business case approval documents (Investment Committees).
- 5 to 10 years' experience in Business Development.
- Contract negotiation (EPC, O&M, Lease) and technical understanding required.
- Fluid, clear, and transparent communication – fluent in both oral and written English.
- Project financing and modeling expertise would be a plus.
- Business Prioritization: Prioritize actions based on their added value.
- Training offered to improve skills: technical, management, foreign languages.
- Social and environmental commitments.
- Remote policy: up to 2 days per week.
- 25 days of paid leave + 10 days of extra time off.
- Health insurance (Mutuelle) Alan covered at 60% by Jobacademy.
- A profit-sharing plan (up to 5% of your salary) with an extra contribution of up to €4,000 net per year.
- Holiday bonus of 3% of the base salary (paid in June).
