You will oversee the comprehensive technical security relationship between AWS and its clients, offering insights on security, compliance, cost management, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency to expedite their complex projects.
Internally, you will represent the voice of the customer, conveying their requirements and preferences to shape the future of AWS security services and features.
In this position, your innovative thinking will help create effective design patterns that address client challenges, with the chance to define or invent cloud-native reference architectures for diverse applications.
You will engage in the development and dissemination of best practices, technical documentation, and new reference architectures (e.g., white papers, code samples, blog articles) while promoting and educating others about AWS technology through various platforms such as workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos, or conferences.

Customer Engagement:
