We offer:
- Permanent contract – 35 hours per week
- Competitive salary ranging from 34,700 to 41,500 euros
- 5 weeks of vacation
- Flexible working hours with evening shifts
Your responsibilities as a Pub Operations Manager will include:
- Overall management of the pub, ensuring high standards in both front and back-of-house operations to deliver excellence in food and beverage service.
- Guaranteeing that guests receive top-notch service and their expectations are consistently exceeded, encouraging repeat visits.
- Recommending and serving the perfect beverages to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitoring key performance indicators related to sales, profitability, and team retention while fostering a fun work environment.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and analyzing usage reports to identify opportunities for improved stock control.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recruiting and maintaining a motivated team with high standards, identifying talent for future leadership roles.
- Preparing weekly staff schedules.
- Establishing budgets and providing regular reports as required.
- Promoting the pub and its events to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- A high level of energy and motivation to lead and inspire your team effectively.
- Strong operational skills coupled with a solid understanding of back-office management.
- Comprehensive financial acumen and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
