Become a vital part of our dedicated team and enhance the living experience in our rental properties.

Key Responsibilities of the Commercialization Specialist:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential tenants for our properties.
  • Provide warm welcomes and assistance to candidates both in-person and via phone.
  • Facilitate property tours for interested parties.
  • Oversee housing requests within assigned regions.
  • Collaborate with prospective tenants to address their needs.
  • Take part in Allocation Committee discussions.
  • Keep track of property availability.
  • Draft and finalize lease agreements.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage general office operations efficiently.
  • Process and evaluate housing applications.
  • Oversee the move-in and move-out procedures for tenants.
  • Calculate and monitor housing assistance allocations.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documentation.
  • Address issues faced by new tenants.

Additional Insights:

This role is open at our office. The position includes regular travel with a company vehicle, offers flexible working hours, and may include options for remote work.
