APF France Handicap is seeking a dedicated and organized Caregiver Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality care services by managing caregiver schedules and addressing the needs of those we support.

As a Caregiver Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient scheduling solutions that comply with social regulations and budgetary constraints. Your expertise in coordinating interventions and managing schedule follow-up will contribute to seamless service delivery and adherence to individual support plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain caregiver schedules, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring high-quality service provision.
  • Create schedules that adhere to social regulations, economic constraints, and individual care requirements.
  • Coordinate interventions, ensuring compliance with regulations, support plans, and best practices.
  • Manage schedule follow-up and address unexpected events promptly, maintaining continuity of care.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to scheduling management, including data entry and reporting.
  • Generate reports to track caregiver activity, attendance, and service delivery metrics.
Requirements:

We are seeking a candidate with a proven background in scheduling management within healthcare or home care settings. A strong understanding of HR principles and organizational practices is essential. Familiarity with the medical-social or medical care sectors is highly desirable.

Experience with Apologic, CCN51, and HR practices is a plus.
