Audit Risk Compliance Lead

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Audit Risk Compliance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating internal and external audits, as well as compliance activities.
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of audit missions and expected results.
- Ensure liaison with individuals at all levels and within teams, including with the executive committee and level 1 managers, as needed.
- Create dashboards/reports in MS Office as needed, including detailed PowerPoint presentations outlining audit management, strategy, training, and awareness.
- Use Service Central for audit planning, preparation, and execution, as well as for tracking audit results and ensuring their mitigation.
- Provide precise and timely status reports.
- Achieve or exceed performance objectives and targets defined by your supervisor.
- Manage the audit mission, taking the lead, providing guidance, and directing best practices in auditing.
- Maintain defined audit standards in key performance indicators and/or achieve agreed-upon objectives, as needed.
- Good knowledge of audit standards, including but not limited to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 23001, PCI DSS, SoX, SOC, TISAX, and other regional and international standards.
- Previous experience as an auditor (at least four years) at a management level, in conducting and managing audit missions.
- Experience in planning, preparing, and executing internal and external audits, including compliance audits.
- Able to act as an auditor or auditor and facilitate communication between all teams.
- Good writing, oral communication, and documentation skills in English are essential.
- Experience with Service Now for managing all audits, including tracking audit conclusions and their management until conclusion.
- Able to ensure liaison and work at all levels and within the entire IT department, locally and globally, including with internal and external teams.
- Individuals holding the following certifications or equivalent experience are preferred: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
