  • Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion
    • Ensure high standards of creative output
    • Facilitate effective client meetings, including briefs and presentations
    • Develop strategic concepts for brands and projects based on client briefs
    • Synthesize ideas and lead the creative direction of projects
    • Support and mentor your team throughout the design process
    • Manage project budgets, resources, deliverables, and timelines
    • Collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure project profitability
    • Lead a diverse creative team, including junior and senior designers, 3D designers, architects, and art directors
    • Recruit, train, and nurture team talent
    • Contribute to the agency's commercial growth
  • Desired Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Design, Interior Design, or Architecture
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within a creative agency
    • Dynamic, innovative, and deeply passionate about design and retail
    • Comprehensive understanding of industry trends and global design concepts
    • Proven experience in managing client relationships to advance projects
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Bilingual in English; proficiency in another language is a plus
    • Highly organized with excellent presentation skills, comfortable advocating for your ideas to clients
