Yokogawa Electric Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Engineer to join their team. As a Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for generating complete proposals that meet specifications, preparing technical write-ups, and interacting with vendors to obtain quotations and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and submit proposals within the designated timeline.
  2. Ensure proposals align with company policies and procedures.
  3. Manage customer data requests and submit them in a timely manner.
  4. Optimize design and costing for proposals.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in DCS/Safety/Instrumentation field, with at least 3 years in the same capacity.
  3. Experience in handling DCS/ESD/SCADA system projects/proposal.
Skills and Competencies
  1. Basic knowledge of DCS/ESD/SCADA system.
  2. Familiarity with proposal generation process.
  3. Good communication skills.
  4. Knowledge of Yokogawa or competitor's system is desirable.
  5. Ability to manage multiple assignments and work overtime as needed.
