At CommScope, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality-related topics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with quality tools such as 8D, 7QC tools, and Lead PFMEA.
- ISO9001 or TL 9000 Internal Quality Auditor Certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
