Position Overview and Key Responsibilities

If you are seeking a long-term role as a quay operations manager, you are in the right place.

Become part of a vibrant logistics team and engage in the following duties:

• Oversee quay operations
• Manage transportation documentation for effective goods tracking
• Ensure compliance with packaging standards
• Identify and report any operational issues, prepare detailed reports
• Coordinate the sorting, routing, and handover of parcels to carriers
• Guarantee accurate parcel distribution and punctual deliveries
• Supervise quay personnel, manage daily activities, and foster skill development
• Maintain a constructive work atmosphere, conduct annual performance reviews
• Document daily operations, participate in regular meetings, and share insights with the team
• Implement strategic plans to meet quality objectives
• Train temporary staff on safety protocols
• Monitor key performance indicators

Work Schedule:

Day Shift: 7 am - 4 pm

Afternoon Shift: 12 pm - 7:30 pm
