Responsable Customer Service

Nous recherchons un Responsable Customer Service pour rejoindre notre équipe à Amiens. Vous serez sous la responsabilité de la Directrice de site et en interaction constante avec le Directeur commercial.
Missions Principales- Garantir le bon déroulement des ventes, de la prise de commandes jusqu'à la réception de la marchandise chez le client et suivre la performance de satisfaction client.
- Superviser l'envoie des statistiques (CA mensuels, trimestriels) auprès des clients France (centrales d'achats) et la transmission sur les portails clients.
- Créer, intégrer dans l'ERP et contrôler les tarifs pratiqués ainsi que le flux des commandes.
- Superviser et analyser le taux de service pour proposer des plans d'actions, pour et en collaboration, avec les approvisionnements et la logistique.
- Être en lien étroit avec la force de vente pour transmettre les informations aux différents pôles (ADV, Logistique/Approvisionnement, Finance, équipe centrale).
- Avoir la capacité d'analyser une situation problématique et d'y apporter une solution.
- Réussir à déléguer.
- Être reconnu(e) pour votre leadership.
- Avoir une première expérience de management.
- Être disponible et réactif/e.
- Aimer et savoir travailler en équipe.
- Faire preuve de rigueur, d'organisation et être méthodique.
- Disposer de bonnes capacités d'adaptation et respecter la confidentialité.
Vous détenez un BAC+2/3 ou équivalent. Vous êtes familier avec l'utilisation d'un ERP et maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Pack Office, spécifiquement Excel niveau TDC/Recherche V). Votre maîtrise de l'Anglais vous permet idéalement d'échanger à l'écrit, et de comprendre des réunions dispensées dans cette langue.
