Job Description

AccorTech & Digital is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Lead to join our Digital Factory team. As a key member of our Data Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Big Data solutions, ensuring data quality, and driving innovation in our data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Data Engineers to design, develop, and deploy Big Data solutions on Amazon AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Work closely with data scientists and data analysts to develop and deploy machine learning models and data visualizations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with a strong background in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, AWS, GCP).
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
