Are you a seasoned project manager looking for a new challenge? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager.

Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge coaching solutions tailored to the diverse needs of our clients. You will oversee the planning and execution of all PXS alumni events, ensuring a diverse range of topics and speakers and ensuring smooth operation and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit mentors and guided triads facilitators, organize monthly training sessions, and provide them with continuous support
  • Develop resources such as guides, toolkits, & other materials to support
  • Continuously improve our processes to pair mentors with mentees
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all PXS alumni events, ensuring a diverse range of topics and speakers and ensuring smooth operation and high-quality delivery
  • Facilitate Monthly networking events
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize planning and execution processes
  • Regularly distribute surveys to gather feedback from alumni
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Requirements

  • Proven appetencies in project and or ops management, preferably within a startup environment
  • Strong interpersonal qualities, enjoying human interaction and naturally adapting to different individuals
  • Tech Savvy & Master of digital tools, eager to automate wherever opportunities arise
  • Organized, responsive, and rigorous, able to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively
  • Creative and resourceful, with a strong ability to find new solutions to enhance the quality and impact of our coaching products
  • Client-Centric Focus, understanding client needs and feedback and maintaining a client-centric approach

Language

Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
