Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project stages from initial design to final execution
  • Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Drive initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Participate actively in Lean methodologies
  • Enjoy a structured days off system

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for the industry and a desire to tackle challenging projects
  • Experience in woodworking, furniture design, or engineering is preferred
  • Interest in Lean practices with training available
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design software (training on Top Solid provided)
  • Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to collective success
  • Knowledge of English is a plus
