Job Summary

Afpa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the development and maintenance of our pedagogical resources and support the preparation of educational materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with experience in coordinating pedagogical resources and supporting the delivery of training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of pedagogical resources, including textbooks, educational software, and online resources.
  • Coordinate the preparation of educational materials, including lesson plans, training manuals, and assessment tools.
  • Collaborate with educators and trainers to develop and deliver training programs, including workshops, webinars, and online courses.
  • Provide technical support to educators and trainers, including troubleshooting and maintenance of educational equipment and software.
  • Contribute to the development of educational policies and procedures, including quality assurance and accreditation standards.

Requirements

  • Formation CAP BEP or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience in a related field, preferably in education and training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with educators, trainers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
