Key Responsibilities- Consolidate CSR/ESG indicators from our divisions and produce external reports, such as our yearly CSR report and plan de vigilance.
- Report on our progress towards achieving our CSR goals, including contributions to official reporting frameworks like CDP and EcoVadis.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to optimize our ESG performance ranking.
- Support global ESG requests from banks and investors, collaborating with CSR teams and functions as needed.
- Contribute to the definition of our CSR strategy and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certificate in Sustainability is a strong asset.
- Excellent knowledge of CSR/ESG principles and practices.
- Leadership capability and ability to drive results.
- 5+ years of experience in an industrial company, with a focus on CSR, sustainability, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
