Join INITIO Parfums Privés, a pioneering fragrance brand, as we seek a seasoned Global Head of Trade Marketing to drive our marketing strategies and 360-degree marketing plans across regions.

About the Role

We are looking for a collaborative leader with a strong understanding of strategic marketing, retail excellence, and sales. The successful candidate will act as a key marketing partner for each market, ensuring luxury execution in line with our niche brand image.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Communication and Coordination: Serve as a key support, ensuring seamless communication between Global Departments and Regions.
  • Brand Management & Trade Animations: Act as the guardian of the brand image and ensure luxury execution in all regions.
  • PR and Events: Work closely with local Trade Managers on event organization and seedings, ensuring adherence to global brand guidelines.
  • Budget & Management/Leadership: Actively participate in the preparation of key budget meetings and contribute to budget monitoring and consolidation.
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with 8-10+ years of experience in Marketing and Trade Positions in the Beauty/Fragrance/Luxury industry, with a strong knowledge of the US Market. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative leadership style, excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as strong analytical skills and results-driven approach.

Language Skills

English and French are mandatory.
