SOLIHA Drôme is a prominent organization dedicated to social housing, committed to assisting individuals facing housing challenges. We are currently seeking a Social Support Specialist to enhance our team, engaging with clients across various locations.

Position Overview

  • Deliver essential housing guidance and assistance to those pursuing employment and stable living conditions
  • Perform comprehensive social evaluations to facilitate housing placements
  • Execute social initiatives including mediation, support, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate on housing initiatives targeting youth and community stakeholders
  • Provide tailored support for individuals and groups in housing matters
  • Employ relevant tools and resources to ensure effective project execution

Qualifications

  • Possession of a social work qualification or comparable experience
  • A minimum of two years in a role focused on social assistance

Essential Skills

  • Proactive and self-sufficient approach
  • Strong listening abilities and approachability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capability
  • Outstanding communication proficiency
  • Familiarity with social integration and housing assistance
  • Competent writing skills and computer literacy

Employment Details

This is a permanent role with a salary that is negotiable based on your experience.

The position is part-time (90%) with a schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Benefits include a 13th-month salary, vacation bonuses, RTT days, and flexible holiday options.
