About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Unity Developer to join our team in Barcelona, where you'll work on chart-topping titles like Solitaire and Spider Solitaire. As a senior developer, you'll have full technical responsibility and autonomy over your own game from scratch until full launch. You'll work alongside other talented developers with the same objective, learning from each other and growing together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new game features autonomously and in compliance with deadlines;
  • Guarantee a robust and reusable code;
  • Ensure an optimal user experience and sprinkle your games with engaging mechanics;
  • Suggest new concepts & ideas thanks to your knowledge of current trends;
  • Exchanging experience with other members of the Development department (i.e. conducting code reviews, pair programming sessions, attending and contributing to the knowledge-sharing session);
  • Work on defined process improvements, OKRs;
  • Work on internal documentation such as guides for the development or QA teams;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on soft-launches and iterations (polishing, optimization, etc.).
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong track record in mobile game development;
  • 5+ years experience using Unity/C#;
  • The ability to build solid & scalable Unity code and know about mobile project tech and business constraints;
  • Experience in A/B testing methods, with a willingness to challenge UX and tech options;
  • A player-friendly approach, with a focus on providing the best and funniest game experience;
  • The ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines;
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Github actions, Unity batch mode builds).
