  • Maintaining a focus on user needs and ensuring a user-centric approach
  • Keeping abreast of evolving requirements and market solutions
  • Managing shadow IT practices and optimizing software licensing
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in IT project management and functional specifications
  • High level of autonomy with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Expertise in database management (SQL, MySQL) and API development
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Capability to quickly understand intricate process and application frameworks
  • Familiarity with project management software and advanced IT proficiency
  • Highly organized with effective prioritization skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities and empathy towards users
