Your Role at Our Partner CompanyAs part of the Systems and Equipment division, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Assisting in achieving the financial goals of the division by proposing and executing necessary actions;
- Contributing to the formulation of procurement strategies and policies in collaboration with various departmental teams;
- Utilizing Group tools while ensuring compliance with established procedures;
- Participating in risk management assessments and suggesting corrective measures;
- Supporting the definition of tender strategies in conjunction with program management and other relevant departments;
- Overseeing existing contracts, anticipating renewal deadlines, and negotiating new agreements;
- Enhancing operational efficiency and securing the supply chain during ramp-up phases;
- Ensuring supplier logistics and quality performance;
- Managing supplier disputes and crises;
- Collaborating with departments and suppliers to prepare and manage the external supply chain in light of REACH developments.
The ideal candidate for this alternate position should possess:
- Strong proficiency in Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and the capability to communicate in English with suppliers over the phone
- Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit
