AccorCorpo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join its team in France. As a key member of the legal department, you will play a crucial role in drafting and negotiating legal documents and contracts, including hotel management agreements, franchise agreements, and services agreements. Your expertise in commercial law, particularly in the hospitality industry, will be invaluable in advising operational and support services on contract law matters. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring pre-litigation and litigation disputes, as well as providing training and raising awareness of operational staff on legal and operational issues. If you have a Master's degree in Law from France, with a strong understanding of commercial law and business acumen, we encourage you to apply. Fluency in English (C1 level) is a must. Remote work options are available, and you will have the opportunity to work from our offices in Evry and Issy-les-Moulineaux.
