About the Role
Cerba HealthCare is seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at our laboratory in Antony, France. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in the production of biological analyses, ensuring the quality and accuracy of our results.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage biological samples, ensuring their proper handling and storage.
- Operate laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers, under the supervision of a biologist.
- Prepare and transport biological samples and reagents to specialized laboratories and national reference laboratories.
- Participate in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and contribute to the improvement of our laboratory's processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility to work a 4-week schedule, including alternating morning and afternoon shifts, and occasional weekends.
