Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Educateur de Jeunes Enfants, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities

• Childcare and Education
  • Develop and implement engaging and interactive educational programs for children aged 0-3 years
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in your care
  • Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Team Leadership
  • Supervise and mentor early childhood educators and support staff
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Participate in staff training and professional development
• Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Diplôme d'État d'Éducateur de Jeunes Enfants or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
