About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Network Technician to join our team in the Lyon region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of our water and sanitation networks, working closely with clients to ensure the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily operations and maintenance tasks on water and sanitation networks, including repairs, descaling, and monitoring of water quality.
- Ensure the timely completion of network maintenance and repair tasks, working closely with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular inspections of network infrastructure, identifying and reporting any issues or defects.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external contractors to ensure the smooth operation of our networks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as water management or environmental engineering.
- Proven experience in network maintenance and operation, preferably in the water and sanitation sector.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hydraulic systems and network infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
