About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Strategy Manager to join our team at Givaudan. As a key member of our Division, you will be responsible for creating customized responses to validate positions with partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies to drive business growth and reduce environmental impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and collate Divisional information for corporate and internal reporting
  • Act as a key contact for auditors and provide critical support for sustainability-related audits
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability and corporate social responsibility

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a technical field such as engineering or sustainability studies
  • 5-7 years of experience in a global business environment, with a focus on sustainability strategy, product innovation, or corporate social responsibility
  • Fluent English; French language knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
