Job Description

We are seeking a Content Manager who will take charge of producing, quality, and consistency of content for the group and its subsidiaries. This content is varied, depending on needs and objectives in the short, medium, and long term.

This position is a creation, you must be able to work independently without neglecting your good integration into the team. The search for perfection, enthusiasm, and adaptability will be key to succeeding in this position.

Main Missions

  • Define the communication plan around events
  • Organize participation in events (order, communication, presence on the day, satisfaction questionnaire, balance sheet...) in coordination with commercial and product teams
  • Participate in defining stands and coordinate logistics with various service providers and organizers
  • Identify and prepare materials and necessary elements for stands and event deployments
  • Develop and promote webinars in collaboration with product, commercial, support, and service teams
  • Create and update communication materials for events (presentation, programs, brochures, announcements, testimonials, videos...)
  • Produce and manage marketing and communication tools: brochures, flyers, press announcements, videos, etc.
  • Contribute to updating the website, editorial calendar, and creating content on social networks
  • Participate and provide support for various team projects

Required Profile

With a degree from a marketing and/or communication school, you have a successful first experience in event management.

But also:

  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Sense of organization and attention to detail
  • Aptitude to resolve problems in an efficient and creative way
  • Negotiation skills
