Position Overview:

Norgine is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Analyst to enhance our EU Testing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that our products meet the analytical standards established in the marketing authorization, technical documentation, or specific requirements, all while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting physical and chemical evaluations on final products in accordance with various standards, ensuring compliance with quality and safety protocols, and optimizing processes and equipment to adhere to timelines.
  • Analyzing results and compiling comprehensive reports.
  • Maintaining and updating quality control documentation.
  • Proposing modifications and enhancements in line with GMP and prevailing regulations.
  • Carrying out initial investigations in the event of discrepancies.
  • Validating analytical outcomes.
  • Participating in the advancement of laboratory GMP practices and organizational logistics.
  • Promoting a safe and efficient working environment within the Quality Control division.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
  • Experience in Quality Control settings.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in chemistry.
  • Familiarity with GMP standards in a Quality Control context.
  • Understanding of analytical techniques.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Dependable, self-sufficient, with effective communication abilities.
  • Capacity to take initiative and evaluate situations critically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with laboratory instrumentation software.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a team while adhering to safety regulations.
