We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Les Jardins d'Arcadie. As an auxiliary caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life.

• Assist residents with daily activities and essential tasks, promoting their autonomy and dignity.
• Provide social and emotional support, fostering a sense of community and connection among residents.
• Ensure residents' needs are met, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A Bac pro ASSP or Bac pro SAPAT qualification, or equivalent experience of 3 years in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and families.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
