L'entreprise Dinno Sante SAS, experte en santé à domicile, recherche un Data Analyst pour rejoindre son équipe de Centre de Gestion. Ce poste est chargé de l'analyse et de la gestion des données pour améliorer les performances des filiales de la Santé à Domicile France et du Centre de Gestion.
Responsabilités- Mettre en place les tableaux de bord pour suivre les performances des filiales et du Centre de Gestion.
- Concevoir les tableaux de bord des différentes équipes ou des projets en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles.
- Tenir à jour les données et accompagner le déploiement des tableaux de bord.
- Travailler sur l'automatisation des tableaux de bord.
- Analyser les performances des filiales et du Centre de Gestion pour identifier les leviers d'amélioration de performance prioritaires.
- Proposer des axes d'analyses pour améliorer les performances.
- Définir et mettre en place les processus de gestion de la donnée.
- Accompagner les utilisateurs des outils informatiques pour les sensibiliser à l'importance de la qualité de la donnée.
- Maitriser l'anglais C1/C2.
- Détenir un Bac +5 en Mathématiques appliquées.
- Avoir une expérience minimale d'un an dans le secteur de la santé.
- Apporter une vue structurée et analytique des processus et des différents modes opératoires présents dans les filiales.
- Être autonome et force de proposition.
- Etre à l'écoute des utilisateurs et orienter ses actions pour obtenir des résultats concrets et générer de la satisfaction pour toutes les parties prenantes.
- Capacité à gérer les priorités.
- Contribuer au travail de l'équipe et à son développement.
