Position Overview: As a Nursery Care Facilitator, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting children and their guardians upon arrival
- Assessing children's requirements, tracking their development, and providing feedback
- Structuring activities in alignment with children's needs and established guidelines
- Delivering hygiene and comfort care to the children
- Assisting during meal and snack times
- Maintaining a safe environment for both children and communal spaces
- Supporting children in developing sensory and motor skills
- Collaborating with team members and sharing insights
- Engaging in sessions focused on professional practice evaluation
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a CAP AEPE or CAP PE diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or be a qualified childminder with at least 3 years of experience.
Employment Conditions:
- Fixed-term employment for 35 hours each week
- Position based in the Ain department
- Work hours may vary, including early mornings and evenings
- A valid driving license is necessary
