Bandai Namco Europe is committed to delivering "Fun for All into the Future" in all Continental Europe. As a key member of our Corporate Strategy team, you will play a critical part in advancing the company's social impact and sustainability goals.
Under the supervision of the Holding Strategy Associate Director, you will be responsible for aligning Sustainability goals with Business ones to contribute to the acceleration of all initiatives in EMEA. This will involve assisting teams with topic understanding, priority setting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management at each level to facilitate the roll-out of "positive impact" projects.
You will also support the compliance to Sustainability-related regulations (CSRD, CSDDD...) by collaborating with various stakeholders, including the Legal, HR and Internal Audit teams. Additionally, you will facilitate communication and engagement with all stakeholders to ensure alignment with guidelines, goals, and projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Aligning Sustainability goals with Business ones to contribute to the acceleration of all initiatives in EMEA
- Supporting the compliance to Sustainability-related regulations (CSRD, CSDDD...)
- Facilitating communication and engagement with all stakeholders
- Supporting the definition and update of a complete GHG report across 18 European entities
- Collaborating closely with operational teams and ESG consultants in gathering and tracking eligible metrics
- Developing a decarbonization pathway in line with SBTi
- Monitoring and reporting on Sustainability trends
Requirements include:
- A Business or Engineer Master's degree in a relevant field
- 4-5 years of experience in Sustainable development, preferably in a multicultural environment
- Mandatory proficiency in English
- French and Japanese are a plus
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and reporting frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
