Job Title: Manager - Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - Tech Lead to join our Delta Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Contribute to the technical strategy of the department and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Design and implement robust and scalable architectures for technical solutions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Actively contribute to the development of key features and ensure their timely delivery.
  • Ensure the maintenance and evolution of existing applications, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
  • Implement and enforce best development practices, including code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and other relevant processes.
  • Guarantee the quality of the code produced by the team, ensuring it meets the highest standards of excellence.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Java, with more than 10 years of experience using related frameworks such as Java, Spring, Python, Angular, and JavaScript.
  • Solid experience in software architecture and migration from MongoDB to PostgreSQL.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Gitea, SonarQube, Maven, Nexus).
  • Expertise in SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Highly proficient in both written and spoken French and English.
