Missions et défis

En tant que User Researcher Senior, vous rejoindrez l'équipe produit de Pictarine, où vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les designers, les développeurs et les responsables marketing pour concevoir et développer des produits innovants.

Vos missions principales seront de :

  • Concevoir et exécuter des recherches utilisateurs pour identifier les besoins et les comportements des clients
  • Diffuser et promouvoir les insights générés par la recherche pour guider les décisions de l'équipe produit
  • Aider l'équipe à prendre les meilleures décisions possibles en identifiant les problèmes et les opportunités
  • Travailler avec les designers pour concevoir et tester des prototypes de solutions

Compétences requises

  • Expérience de 5 ans au moins en tant que User Researcher
  • Anglais fluent pour animer des entretiens avec des native speakers américains
  • Compétences en communication orale et écrite
  • Capacité à identifier le bon niveau d'investissement en temps/effort pour un projet de recherche
  • Connaissances en UX et ergonomie
  • Capacité à créer des insights et des analyses nuancés et justes
