Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Patisserie Du Coin is seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will handle a range of administrative duties that are essential for the effective operation of our office. Your contributions will be vital in facilitating our team's productivity and streamlining our daily workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain administrative records and documents.
- Compose, format, and distribute various correspondence.
- Oversee scheduling and manage appointments.
- Coordinate internal meetings and special events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other essential materials.
- Track and follow up on project timelines and deadlines.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of office machinery.
Qualifications:
Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, administrative management tools).
Strong grasp of administrative processes and procedures.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred (1-2 years).
