Our collaborating company in the temporary employment industry is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals ready to excel in a vibrant, ambitious, and expanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Throughout the alternating program, you will be stationed at our agency, collaborating closely with the Branch Manager and two Recruitment Officers. As a Commercial Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the agency's sales initiatives.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and negotiating with potential clients
- Overseeing order management and assisting with procurement
- Fostering strong relationships with clients and temporary staff
Candidate Profile:
- Seeking a two-year alternating training program
- Passionate about embracing challenges
- Committed to supporting the commercial expansion of a rapidly growing organization
Qualifications and Requirements:
Applicants must possess a validated Bac+3 degree or its equivalent (180 ECTS credits).
Compensation Details:
Salary will range from 43% to 100% of the minimum wage, depending on the terms of the apprenticeship contract.
