Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in organizing interventions for equipment malfunctions and maintenance across the national territory. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling technician interventions based on operational needs.
  • Communicating with relevant institutions to facilitate necessary interventions, including obtaining signage and road permits.
  • Ensuring the availability of essential equipment for interventions through effective inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Maintaining and updating dashboards and management software to reflect current operations.

Profile:

  • Experience in scheduling or coordination roles.
  • Proficient in using various computer tools and software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

This position offers an initial temporary contract with the potential for a full-time permanent role. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 4:00 PM finish on Fridays, totaling 37 hours per week, inclusive of RTT. Compensation includes a gross salary of 15.10 EUR, a 13th-month bonus, and meal vouchers.
