Au Cœur du Village Hôtel & Spa is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Spa Host/Hostess.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the cash register, and ensuring the smooth operation of the spa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the cash register, including processing transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure the spa is clean and well-maintained, including restocking supplies and maintaining a high level of hygiene.
  • Assist with the management of reservations, including handling last-minute bookings and ensuring that all customer needs are met.
  • Process customer requests and feedback, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the spa.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a spa or hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Basic knowledge of spa operations and procedures.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
