Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Electrical Engineering initiatives to fulfill project specifications while adhering to budgetary, scheduling, and quality benchmarks. Ensure proper compliance with project interfaces and manage the flow of information.
- Enhance work methodologies and practices by sharing project insights and experiences.
- Implement organizational guidelines and track essential performance metrics.
- Conduct engineering tasks, collaborate with project team members, and ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Outline discipline-specific activities and deliverables, coordinating tasks in line with project timelines.
- Develop a comprehensive list of activities and deliverables, formulate a project timeline, and manage activities according to contractual commitments.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications in the field are considered advantageous.
- Experience: Significant experience as an Electrical Engineer within the energy sector or similar industries, showcasing a successful history of leading electrical engineering projects and teams.
- Technical Skills: Profound knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and design principles pertinent to the industry, along with familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Project Management: Robust project management capabilities to direct and supervise electrical engineering functions throughout project lifecycles.
